Skills Council of Canada has developed a skills development ecosystem that supports an individual’s journey to employment across all industries. Our solutions break down barriers to education and training and address the factors that contribute to an individual getting and sustaining meaningful employment.

Youth & Students

We provide a platform that brings together employment partners, educators, tutors, coaches, and learners to make it easier for young people to become job-ready through Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities.

We partner with Indigenous and non-Indigenous employment and training centers across the country to provide access to skills development resources and tools to foster growth and advance their communities.

Trades

We collaborate with trade unions, industry leaders, businesses, and government to build a strong partnership network that accelerates growth, innovation, and the transition from education to employment in trades, providing learners with the skills and resources necessary to succeed in a competitive job market.
