A: On the first day, students will be shown to their classrooms from the gymnasium. From the second day onward, students should access their classrooms through the compound at the back of the school. Instructions will be provided at the orientation.

A: Yes, there will be a 15-minute break provided midway through each session. Participants are encouraged to bring a light snack and water, as there is no food available for purchase during evening hours.
Q: Where are the washrooms located, and are there any specific policies regarding their use?
A: Participants will have access to washrooms during program hours. The locations of the washrooms will be shown during the orientation.
Q: Are there any areas that are off-limits to participants?
A: Yes, there are certain areas that are off-limits for safety reasons. These areas will be identified during orientation. Staff will also be present during training hours to ensure participants do not wander off into restricted areas.
Q: Why do I need to wear a lanyard ID, and what should I do if I lose it?
A: Lanyards must be worn in the hallways and out of class to identify program participants. This ensures that staff know who should and should not bein the school during program hours. Participants can leave their lanyards with the instructor at the end of each class and pick them up at the beginning of the next class. If a lanyard is lost or damaged, please inform the instructor for a replacement.
Q: How will the stipend be distributed, and what are the eligibility criteria?

A: Regular attendance is crucial for receiving the training stipend and certificate of completion. Attendance will be tracked for each class, and students must be present and participate to be eligible for the stipend.

A: Participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. PPE will be provided in the classrooms.

A: All required forms have been mailed to program participants. Forms include consent forms and media release forms. The completion and submission of these forms are mandatory for program participation. Please ensure you bring your completed forms with you on the first day of the program.

A: If a participant needs to miss a class, they must notify an instructor or a member of the program team before the class is missed. Missing three or more classes may result in removal from the program.
Q: What are the procedures for handling emergencies, including fire drills and lockdowns?
A: Program staff will review emergency procedures during orientation and will inform participants of their roles in case of an emergency. This includes procedures for fire drills, lockdowns, and evacuation routes.
Q: Can you help with transportation costs?
A: Yes. Participants should receive 2 bus tickets at a time (one for going home and one for returning to class the next day). If bus tickets are lost or used for anything other than the program, participants will not receive replacement tickets.
