This test measures the candidate’s ability to efficiently handle customers on the phone, by e-mail, or meeting face-to-face, and to efficiently and effectively perform administrative tasks using various computer applications. The test covers several subject areas:
Customer Service and Call Center Skills
The candidate's ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner will be evaluated. The test will also assess their ability to work in a call center environment.
Front Desk and Event Planning Skills
The candidate's ability to manage front desk operations and plan events will be evaluated. This includes their ability to greet visitors, answer phones, and schedule appointments. The test will also assess their ability to plan and execute events.
MS Office Simulation
The candidate's proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point will be evaluated through a simulation. The test will assess their ability to efficiently and effectively perform administrative tasks using these applications.
This test can be used to evaluate the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: Office Assistant, Assistant Manager, and Executive Assistant.
