Test Description
This test measures the candidate’s knowledge to prepare and cook different dishes using various ingredients, cooking techniques, and proper utensils, oversee and ensure food safety and sanitation standards, ensure proper food storage, order supplies and plan menus, and coordinate and supervise work of kitchen staff.
