Test Description
This test measures the candidate’s ability to recover payment on overdue bills; negotiate and establish repayment plans with debtors; advise debtors on finding solutions to make paying their overdue bills easier; and notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone, mail, or personal visits. The test covers several subject areas: Debt Collection, Customer Service, Bank Teller Skills, and MS Office Simulation (Excel and Outlook). It can be used to measure the performance potential of candidates for the following position: Bill Collector.
