Accounting and Bookkeeping Principles

This section of the test assesses the candidate's knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

MS Office

This section of the test evaluates the candidate's proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Business Communication

This section of the test measures the candidate's ability to communicate effectively in a business setting, including writing professional emails and memos.

E-mail Etiquette

This section of the test assesses the candidate's knowledge of proper email etiquette, including formatting, tone, and content.

Office Filing

This section of the test evaluates the candidate's ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files in an office setting.

10-Key Data Entry

This section of the test measures the candidate's speed and accuracy in entering numerical data using a 10-key keypad.

It can be used to assess the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: Document Control Clerk, Office Service Clerk, and Payroll Clerk.
