Test Description
This test measures the candidate’s ability to implement and review operational policies and procedures, oversee staffing including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluation, and attendance and termination, oversee budgeting and review financial statements in order to improve efficiency, coordinate and provide guidance to different departments such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
