Test Description
This test measures the candidate's ability to troubleshoot information technology issues relating to software, hardware, and networking. Communication skills and interpersonal skills are also assessed. The test covers several subject areas: Basic Computer Knowledge, MS Windows 10® for General Use, Hardware, and Networking Skills. It can be used to evaluate the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Support Operator, and Help Desk Analyst.
