Test Description
This test measures the candidate’s knowledge of overseeing day-to-day activities related to logistics, warehouse, transportation, inventory, and forecasting; developing strategies and procedures; overseeing trucks, forklifts, and shipping equipment; managing the shipping schedule; managing inventory and creating budgets; implementing safety and security programs; communicating and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and logistics partners; and managing the logistics staff.
