Test Description
This test measures the candidate's oral and written communication skills, aptitude for working with people, problem solving skills, and ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines. The test covers several subject areas: Sales Concepts, Management Skills, Business Communications, Customer Service, Human Resources, Time Management, and Attention to Detail.

It can be used to evaluate the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: Outreach Coordinator, Community Support Specialist, Outreach Counselor, and Outreach and Program Specialist.
