This section tests the candidate's knowledge of basic sales and marketing concepts, including market research, product development, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.
Management and Leadership Skills
This section evaluates the candidate's ability to manage and lead a team, including skills such as delegation, communication, motivation, and conflict resolution.
Retail Math
This section tests the candidate's ability to perform basic retail math calculations, such as markup, margin, and inventory turnover.
MS Office
This section evaluates the candidate's proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Attention to Detail
This section tests the candidate's ability to pay attention to details and follow instructions accurately.
Logical Thinking
This section evaluates the candidate's ability to think logically and solve problems using critical thinking skills.
