Test Description
This test measures the candidate's ability to develop procurement specifications and requirements, communication skills, and computer proficiency related to acquisitions, as well as managing capabilities. The test covers several subject areas:
MS Office
Assesses the candidate's proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Accounting and Bookkeeping Principles
Evaluates the candidate's knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles, including financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Legal Terminology
Tests the candidate's understanding of legal terminology commonly used in procurement and supply chain management.
Business Communication
Assesses the candidate's ability to communicate effectively in a business setting, including writing reports and memos, making presentations, and conducting meetings.
E-mail Etiquette
Evaluates the candidate's knowledge of proper e-mail etiquette, including formatting, tone, and content.
Supply Chain Management
Tests the candidate's understanding of supply chain management principles, including inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
Time and Project Management
Assesses the candidate's ability to manage time effectively and complete projects on schedule.
It can be used to evaluate the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: Logistics Analyst, Purchasing Analyst, Purchasing/Inventory Analyst, and Supply Chain Procurement Analyst.
