Test Description
This test measures the candidate's ability to develop relationships and communicate well with customers and co-workers, prioritizing and time management skills, as well as basic computer and MS Office proficiency. The test covers several subject areas:
Basic Computer Knowledge
This section evaluates the candidate's understanding of basic computer concepts, including hardware, software, and operating systems.
Office Filing
This section assesses the candidate's ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files in an office setting.
E-mail Etiquette
This section tests the candidate's knowledge of proper e-mail etiquette, including formatting, tone, and professionalism.
Business Communication
This section evaluates the candidate's ability to communicate effectively in a business setting, including writing clear and concise memos and reports.
Time Management
This section assesses the candidate's ability to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively.
MS Office
This section tests the candidate's proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
It can be used to evaluate the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: Project Staff Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Administrative Assistant.
