Test Description
This test measures the candidate’s ability to review applications for insurance and review risks to identify loss hazards; implement underwriting decisions on new business, renewals, and endorsements; maintain ongoing relationships with clients; and advise and guide clients in choosing appropriate insurance products. The test covers several subject areas:
Property and Casualty Insurance (US)
The candidate will be tested on their knowledge of property and casualty insurance in the United States.
Customer Service
The candidate will be tested on their ability to provide excellent customer service to clients.
Sales Concepts
The candidate will be tested on their understanding of sales concepts and techniques.
Business Communication
The candidate will be tested on their ability to communicate effectively in a business setting.
Logical Thinking
The candidate will be tested on their ability to think logically and solve problems.
Basic Math
The candidate will be tested on their basic math skills.
MS Office Simulation (Excel and Word)
The candidate will be tested on their ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
Fill-in Form Typing
The candidate will be tested on their ability to accurately and efficiently type information into fill-in forms.
