Test Description
This test measures the candidate's ability to create analysis and reports, handle retail analysis presentations, and to plan, analyze, and implement strategies and systems that enhance the customer experience. The test covers several subject areas:
Sales Concepts
Assesses the candidate's knowledge of sales concepts, including sales techniques, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting.
Marketing Concepts
Assesses the candidate's knowledge of marketing concepts, including market research, product development, and branding.
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Simulation)
Assesses the candidate's proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Retail Math
Assesses the candidate's ability to perform basic retail math calculations, including markup, margin, and inventory turnover.
Retail Marketing Skills
Assesses the candidate's knowledge of retail marketing strategies, including visual merchandising, promotional planning, and customer segmentation.
Customer Service
Assesses the candidate's ability to provide excellent customer service, including communication skills, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
It can be used to evaluate the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: Marketing Analyst, Retail Planning Analyst, Retail Sales Assistant, and Retail Attendant.
