Test Description
This test measures the candidate’s ability to oversee the day-to-day operations and to ensure that meals are prepared on schedule and according to food safety and USDA guidelines, manage the supply inventory, monitor food preparation methods, food temperatures and sanitation, schedule staff hours, and assign duties.
