Test Description
This test measures the candidate's ability to prepare and serve food items to students, follow guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and meal requirements, maintain clean utensils and serving areas, monitor the cafeteria inventory of food and supplies, clean and operate the kitchen equipment, assist in the storage of delivered products, and perform cashier duties.
