Test Description
This test measures the candidate’s ability to plan and evaluate nutritionally balanced menus following USDA guidelines, ensure that all reimbursable meals meet the USDA nutritional requirements, develop standardized recipes, maintain the amount of weekly menu supplies, minimize waste, update required records, and make sure that all safety and sanitation measures are respected. The test covers several subject areas: Business Communication, Data Checking, Medical Dosage Calculations, Numerical Proofreading, and School Food Service. It can be used to evaluate the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: School Nutrition Manager.
