Test Description
This test measures the candidate’s knowledge of installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting school hardware and software; managing school network systems, providing technical assistance via email or telephone or in person; and maintaining hardware, software and other purchases inventory.
The test covers several subject areas:

- General IT Infrastructure Skills
- PC Hardware
- Networking Essentials
- MS Windows 10® for General Use
- MS Windows 10® Simulation
- System Administration for Windows
- Macintosh OS
It can be used to measure the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: School Computer Technician, or School IT Support Technician.
