This section tests the candidate's proficiency in basic arithmetic and retail math.
MS Office
This section assesses the candidate's proficiency in using MS Office applications.
English Language
This section evaluates the candidate's proficiency in the English language.
Customer Service
This section measures the candidate's ability to provide excellent customer service.
