Test Description
This test measures the candidate’s ability to identify prospects and contact them by telephone in order to promote and sell products and services, provide details about products or services to potential customers, record information about customers and input order details in a computer system, and schedule appointments for sales team members. The test covers several subject areas:
Sales Concepts
This section of the test evaluates the candidate’s knowledge of sales concepts, including sales techniques, customer needs analysis, and objection handling.
Data Checking
This section of the test evaluates the candidate’s ability to accurately record customer information and input order details in a computer system.
Customer Service
This section of the test evaluates the candidate’s ability to provide excellent customer service, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Outbound Call Center Simulation
This section of the test evaluates the candidate’s ability to make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products and services.
MS Office Excel Simulation
This section of the test evaluates the candidate’s proficiency in using MS Office Excel to record and analyze customer data.
