Test Description

Training Skills
This section measures the candidate’s knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, training delivery methods, and evaluation techniques.
Human Resources
This section measures the candidate’s knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employee development, and performance management.
Project Management
This section measures the candidate’s ability to plan, execute, and monitor training projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
MS Office Simulation
This section measures the candidate’s proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
