Test Description
This test measures the candidate’s knowledge of developing plans regarding land use, administering government plans and policies, evaluating proposals, and advising planning officials. It also tests the candidate’s ability to conduct research on factors affecting land use; communicate with officials, experts, or the public via e-mail, telephone, or in person; and understand maps, zoning, and building codes.
