About Wellness
The Global Wellness Institute defines wellness as “the active pursuit of activities, choices and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health”. Skills Council of Canada and our partners are working together to assemble wellness support resources that explore all dimensions of health and wellness including physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and environmental.

Indigenous Wellness
Skills Council of Canada and its Indigenous partners are developing free programs that support Indigenous wellness. With education and guidance from Indigenous leaders, Skills Council of Canada is currently developing materials that will be ready soon.
Important note: Wellness goes beyond the present day – Skills Council Canada and our partners also work to support historically-rooted trauma.
